Anthony Cornacchia is the principal at Boston SMB Law Associates. He concentrates his practice on corporate business law for small and medium sized businesses. He is well-versed in structuring, negotiating and documenting business transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, licensing, employment and other agreements. Mr. Cornacchia has experience working with companies in a wide variety of industries, including manufacturing, construction, commodity, distribution, trainload, sports and recreation and professional service industries.

Mr. Cornacchia acts as outside General Counsel for a number of clients in a wide variety of businesses and counsels them on various matters. The areas in which he provides counsel include:

• General Corporate: Contracts, business, and general legal matters in connection with acquisitions, sales, joint ventures, licensing, manufacturing, distribution, intellectual property, employment, equity incentive and dispute avoidance and resolution

• Real Estate: Commercial leasing, development and acquisition

• Lending/Borrowing: Advice in connection with financing, and preparation and negotiating of loan documents, including credit agreements, security agreements, and senior and subordinated debt instruments

• Sports Law: Joint venture, operation (including facilities), partnership, service, financing and related agreements

Mr. Cornacchia's professional experience also includes time as a litigation attorney for a small firm in Boston, Massachusetts and serving as Chief Legal Officer for a holding company concentrated in the building material and construction space. In addition, Mr. Cornacchia has owned several businesses ranging from the professional service industry to the athletics industry.
